I once worked from home (now I am raising a family - still a full -time job) and I liked it very much. I hated working in an open spaced office with my boss sitting almost next to me and watching everyone. I worked the ussual hours and did not waste the time for watching the TV or going out. My skype status was on and my boss used to send me messages via skype (I guess to see whether I was there) but still I was very reliable. For me it was better working from home then from the office as I felt more productive and was disciplined enough not to cheat. How it is for you and does your boss likes it? Also, do your colleagues accept it and still keep in touch with you.
I am now looking for a job and the more I think about my last job the less I want working from an office. All these office politics, informers, a*s lickers etc makes me feel sick. I wish I could find a good job and work from home while my kid would be going to a nursery not to disturb me. I also wish I could create my own business and be the only boss
